ATR provides open air test and evaluation of systems in support of the Naval Aviation Enterprise and the DoD. ATR has identified a need to replace an obsolete phase shifter design currently used to maintain its Multiple-Target Instrumentation Radar (MIR). The purpose of this project is to develop and test a new phase shifter to maintain its precision radar tracking and signal representation capabilities.
