Stephanie joined CMG Networks as a Project Manager and now serves as Director of Program Management, leading a team of Project Engineers and Project Managers. In this role, she works closely with government stakeholders at all levels to provide critical technical and programmatic support that ensures successful project outcomes.
Stephanie is responsible for managing a diverse project portfolio, aligning objectives with business strategy, promoting cross-team communication, and proactively mitigating risks. She is recognized for developing innovative solutions to complex challenges and continuously adapting strategies to optimize performance. Under her leadership, the Program Management team consistently delivers projects on time, within budget, and in line with performance expectations.
Before joining CMG Networks, Stephanie dedicated more than 13 years to supporting the U.S. Army as a civilian. She began her government career as a Program Analyst, overseeing the fiscal management of multiple RDT&E programs and ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations. She later transitioned into the role of Acquisition Analyst, where she gained extensive experience in government contracting with a focus on Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs). In her final year with the Army, she managed more than 25 OTA projects, with awards totaling $234M.
Director of Program Management
Kristine provides guidance to the Government as well as the consortia membership during new project solicitations (RWPs), RPPs, project awards, and project modifications. She works closely with the Program Management Offices and the Government Contracting Offices to implement acquisition strategies, including applying lessons learned and best practices. Additionally, she acts as the liaison between the Government and membership during the competitive stage of each acquisition. Kristine facilitates technology demonstrations and Q&A sessions at the Government’s request.

Kristin provides acquisition planning guidance to Government Program Offices. She facilitates Statement of Work (SOW) collaboration between the Government and Consortia Member companies inclusive of technical requirements definition recommendations, and cost, schedule, and performance considerations for the project life cycle. Additionally, Kristin provides programmatic execution support on a per project basis.

Tom is responsible for ensuring OT project performance. He ensures consortia performing members and Government customers are fully aligned in Cost, Schedule, and Performance. During execution, Tom facilitates and fosters regular communications between all parties to effectively manage assigned projects. He provides experience and applies lessons learned to ensure efficient and compliant project execution.

Michael is responsible for facilitating Statement of Work (SOW) collaboration and reviewing Proposals between the Government and Member companies. This collaboration and review process helps ensure a mutual understanding of expectations, which results in expedited awards and superior project execution. In addition, he manages projects in execution and provides guidance to all parties as needed.

Michael manages collaboration between the Government and Consortium Members to facilitate the award process and execution of projects. Michael manages Statement of Work (SOW) development, acquisition planning, compliance reviews on award documentation, and dynamic programmatic support on a per-project basis as required.

Cynthia is responsible for monitoring project deliverables and execution after award. In addition to managing project execution, she reviews Statement of Work(SOW), deliverables, proposals, and other contractual documents to ensure seamless project performance.
